Where can I find you?

Our clubs in Sofia are located at 228 Slivnitza Blvd., 47 Cherni vrah Blvd., 78 Yanko Sakyzov Blvd., 21 Nikolai Kopernik Str., Sopharma Business Towers and Mega Mall. In Plovdiv- Mall Galleeria Plowdiv and Mall Markovo tepe, Stara Zagora and Burgas you can find us in Galleria Mall.

What does the membership include?

The monthly membership includes unlimited access to our 10 clubs in 4 cities of Bulgaria for fitness training, 1 group class session per day, free Wi-Fi, safe boxes and sauna where it is present.

Do I need something for my first training?

Clean trainers, sport outfit, towel and your good spirit.

Do you have free parking / bike stands?

Yes. Our clubs have free parking or outdoor bike stands for our members.

What group exercise classes do you have?

BodyPump, Tae Bo, Pilates, Mixed Gymnastics, Yoga, Power Yoga, Detox Yoga, Zumba, FitBall, Functional Interval Training, Cardio Dance, Tapout, Step Aerobic, PowerFitBall, BodyBalance, Aero-Step, Spinning, Aero Kickbox, Fat Burning Class, Folk Dances, Tabata, FIRE, TRX, ABT and Pump. The schedule is available at the ‘Group Classes’ menu on our website. No pre-enrolment is required.

Are there fitness instructors in your clubs?

Yes, we have fitness instructors available to you in all of our clubs. Every new member receives a free training session with a fitness instructor.

How do I login on the website?

In order login, first you have to register on our website:

  • 1. Go to http://athletic-bg.com/.
  • 2. Go to ‘Login’.
  • 3. Enter username – a valid e-mail address (the e-mail you provided at reception at your visit in one of our clubs) and password, and click on the ‘Register’ button. This way you will be able to see your profile.

If you already are a registered user go to http://athletic-bg.com/ and click on the ‘Login’ button. Enter your username and password in the blank fields below ‘My account’ and press ‘Login’.

How can I join online?

After you have registered on our website:

  • 1. Click on ‘Join now’.
  • 2. Select your club.
  • 2.1. Select your membership – monthly, daily annual or annual, or put credits.
  • 2.2. Select the starting date of your membership and click on ‘Continue’.
  • 3. Check the details given and the selected product, and if they are correct, click on ‘Add to card’.
  • 4. Fill in the mandatory fields (‘*’) – First name and Family name both in CYRILLIC, e-mail address and phone number – starting with ‘+359’. 4.1. Choose the payment method – via ePay, credit or debit card, or via EasyPay and click on the ‘Pay now’ button. Once you have filled the payment details, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase.

 

How do I purchase a membership through EasyPay?

Following the above mentioned procedure, select the EasyPay as payment method and click on the ‘Pay now’ button. You will receive a ‘Payment Code’ which you should cite when paying at an EasyPay cash desk.

Where can I receive my online purchased card?

You can receive your card at reception of all of our clubs by showing us your ID.

What is the Joining Fee?

The joining fee is paid once, when joining Athletic Fitness. It includes one free session with a fitness instructor.

Is the Joining Fee paid once?

The joining fee is paid once as long as you renew you card on time every month – within 7 days of the expiry date of your card.

I used to train in Athletic but quit for couple of months. Do I have to pay the Joining Fee again?

The joining fee is paid only once if you are a regular member and renew your card within 7 days of the expiry date of your card. We provide several options to renew your membership so as not to lose your membership right. You can renew your card before the expiry date, in which case the new period will begin from the day your current membership expires. You can renew your membership on the day it expires or within 7 days of the expiry date. Or, if you will be away for a longer period of time, you can upgrade your Monthly Membership to an annual one. This way you save money, you have 1 free shower per day and have the option to freeze you membership 2 times for a period of 1 month.

What is the difference between the Joining Fee and the Monthly Membership?

The joining fee is paid in order to become a member of Athletic Fitness. This is a one-time fee as long as you renew your membership every month. The monthly membership gives you the right to train in 9 clubs around the country for 1 month. In case you renew your membership every month you pay only the monthly membership.

Are there fitness instructors in your clubs?

Yes, we have fitness instructors available to you in all of our clubs.

Am I allowed to give my card to friends or relatives?

All cards are personal and could only be used by their holders. Failure to comply with this rule results in termination of the membership.

In case I have forgotten my card, am I allowed to use the club?

Lost, forgotten or damaged card is reissued at a price of 2 lv.

Can I use all the clubs of Athletic with one card?

With a monthly or a daily annual membership you can train in all our clubs across the country. With an annual membership purchased in Plovdiv or Stara Zagora you can train only in these two clubs, while with an annual membership from Burgas or Sofia you can train everywhere.

Do you have group classes?

Yes. In most of our clubs we have group exercise classes included in the price of the membership. Further information is available on our website, in the ‘Group classes’ menu.

Am I allowed to leave my belongings in the lockers?

The lockers are not personal and could be used only during your stay in the club. Otherwise, there will not be enough lockers available to other members.

Why do you ask for my e-mail and telephone number?

We need your e-mail and telephone number in order to be able to contact you. You will be reminded for the expiry date of your membership on the e-mail you give at reception so that you do not miss the deadline. In addition, your e-mail is used as your username for joining online, via our website. On the other hand, most people do not check their e-mail regularly, therefore we also need your telephone number in order to contact you when necessary (for example, you will be notified via e-mail and/or SMS when repairs are taking place at your club).

Can I ‘freeze’ my Monthly Membership?

The ‘freezing’ option is applicable only to the Annual Membership.

How can I freeze my membership?

Just go to reception and inform the staff about your wish and the starting day.

Does the freeze end automatically??

Yes. Your membership will automatically restart at the end of the freeze period (1 or 2 full months).

Are there any family discounts?

If you have an annual membership and bring a friend who purchases an annual membership, we will add 1 extra month to your membership.

Can I renew my membership before it expires?

Yes, you can. Your membership will be renewed from the expiry date of your current membership. This is an automatic process which guarantees that you will not lose any period of your membership. What is more, this way you would not miss the expiry date of your membership.

Can I renew my membership if I don’t have the card/chip with me?

Yes, you can. Just give your e-mail at reception.

What are the credits for??

You can put credits on your card and pay for our services with them – shower, towel, proteins, massages, monthly membership, etc.
